The public platform allows patients to explore treatments, hospitals, doctors, specialties, destinations, and medical travel services. Patients can submit inquiries, request consultations, complete eligibility checks, and begin their treatment journey online.

The system is designed around the complete patient journey—from the initial medical inquiry and document collection through specialist review, hospital selection, treatment planning, visa processing, travel coordination, treatment support, discharge, and post-treatment follow-up.

Patient Portal

Registered patients have access to a dedicated portal where they can manage their profile, submit applications, upload medical documents, track their cases, communicate with coordinators, and manage consultation requests.

This provides a centralized digital experience instead of relying on disconnected emails, documents, and manual communication.

The platform includes reusable sections for hero banners, treatment grids, country cards, hospital showcases, doctor sliders, testimonials, FAQs, statistics, videos, articles, CTAs, and other content components.

The model-driven content system keeps frontend presentation and administrative field configuration synchronized, making the platform easier to extend and maintain.

SEO & Digital Marketing

SEO is built directly into the platform rather than being treated as an afterthought.

Dynamic metadata, canonical URLs, Open Graph information, XML sitemaps, robots configuration, breadcrumb structured data, and entity-level SEO fields support organic discovery of treatments, hospitals, doctors, destinations, services, and articles.

Authentication, Security & Notifications

The platform implements role-based access control for patients, coordinators, and administrators, with credential-based authentication as well as Google and Azure AD authentication options.

Security measures include bcrypt password hashing, JWT sessions, server-side authorization checks, security headers, Content Security Policy, Sentry monitoring, and server-only database access.

The notification system also supports in-app notifications and email communication for important events such as consultations, document requests, application updates, offers, and visa-related updates.
